Returns, Refunds and Warranty

This policy applies to purchases made from VERIVOA at www.verivoa.com. The store is operated by ONE VERIVOA LTD.

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. Do not send an item to our registered office or any address until we provide written return instructions and a return reference.

Your statutory cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you may also have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after delivery. To exercise this right, send us a clear cancellation notice before the period expires. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Return condition

Return the same device supplied to you, including its accessories, without an activation lock, passcode or personal data. You may inspect the device as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, does not match its description or develops a covered fault. We may request photographs, the IMEI or serial number, and reasonable diagnostic information. Where required by law, we will offer an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund and cover reasonable return costs.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return under our voluntary 30-day policy, the customer is responsible for secure return shipping unless we agree otherwise. For a verified faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we cover reasonable return shipping. Any statutory entitlement to reimbursement of standard delivery charges remains unaffected.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to bank or payment-provider processing times. Express or upgraded delivery charges are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery unless required by law.

12-month limited warranty

Refurbished devices include a 12-month limited hardware warranty from delivery. It covers hardware faults present at delivery or arising during normal use. It does not cover accidental or liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, misuse, loss or theft, normal cosmetic wear, software or account issues, or normal battery ageing. Devices are checked before dispatch and advertised with at least 85% battery health unless clearly stated otherwise.
