VERIVOA ships orders only to destinations and by delivery services available at checkout.

Order processing

Every device is checked and prepared before dispatch. The processing and estimated delivery information available for your destination is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. We will contact you if a material delay or stock issue occurs.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available delivery options and charges are displayed before payment. When tracking is provided by the carrier, we send the tracking details by email after dispatch. Tracking may take a short time to become active.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch, and extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

Taxes and customs

Taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination and delivery arrangement, local authorities may assess additional import charges. Any such charges that are not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility unless applicable law or the checkout confirmation states otherwise.

Delays, loss and damage

Carrier, customs and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. If tracking does not update, a parcel is materially late, or the package arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number. Keep the packaging and provide photographs if requested so we can investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law.

Returns

Do not send a return to our registered office or any other address until we provide written return instructions and a return reference. Please see our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy for full details.
