Last updated: 3 September 2026

This website is operated by ONE VERIVOA LTD under the store name VERIVOA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy.

Products and descriptions

We sell pre-owned and refurbished electronic devices. Each product page states the model, storage, colour, cosmetic grade and other material information available to us. Photographs may illustrate the model and colour; normal cosmetic variation may occur within the selected condition grade. Refurbished products are not sold as new.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market and include or exclude taxes as displayed at checkout. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel an order before dispatch because of stock errors, obvious pricing errors, payment failure or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.

Payment

You must provide accurate billing and delivery information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or another provider shown at checkout.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, statutory cancellation rights and the 12-month limited warranty are described in our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, make fraudulent purchases or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
